IMPACT MINTS GOFORGOAL CONTEST

Contest Details:  Impact Mints & Dugar Overseas Pvt. Ltd. is organising a Contest named “IMPACT MINTS GOFORGOAL” in which Participant can win 1000+ exciting prizes including Free Ticket to the World Cup, 2022 in Quarter 

  • Contest Duration: 1st July to 15th November, 2022

 

  • How to Enter:
    1. Buy the Impact Mints GoForGoal Box, enrol with the raffle ticket inside and stand a chance to Win a Free Ticket to the World Cup, 2022 amongst 1000+ other exciting prizes.
    2. How to Enter: Scan QR inside the GoForGoal Box, enter the details, and you are set.
    3. Participant can participate multiple times with unique raffle ticket hidden inside the “IMPACT MINTS GOFORGOAL” box.

 

  • Eligibility
  1. Unless otherwise stated, contest is open for all Indian Resident, aged 5 years or above.
  2. Participant under 18 years must get consent from their parent(s) or legal guardian(s) before entering. The parent(s) or legal guardian(s) of entrants under 18 agree to these Terms and Conditions on behalf of the Participant.
  3. In entering, you confirm that you are eligible to do so and eligible to claim any prize you may win.
  4. Eligibility requirements include a valid residential address, contact number and e-mail id of the participant.
  5. This offer is non-transferable.

 

  • Prize Details
  1. Free ticket of World Cup in Qatar 2022, Quarter Final between the 7th to 12th of December, 2022, including Flights & Accommodation. The prize is limited to the above mentioned expenses/itinerary and any additional expenses incurred by the winner during the trip will not be paid by the company.
  2. Flight to Qatar will be from New Delhi only.
  3. Other Prizes includes: Official Football, Jersey, Sports Bottle, Desk Sippers, Duffle Bags, Desk Organiser, Studs, Jersey, Football, Gym Bag, Tote Bag.
  • To claim the prize:
  • The Winner will be announced on the 15th of November. (announcement date shall be subject to change at the sole discretion of the company and shall be updated from time to time by the company)
  • The winner will be notified by email and telephone (using details provided at entry) within 7 days of being chosen and must provide written confirmation along with Passport & Aadhar copies to claim their prize. If a winner does not respond to the Company within 48 Hours of being notified, then the winner’s prize will be forfeited and the Company will be entitled to select another winner in accordance with the process described above.
  • Any reason the winner cannot go for the Match, the ticket will be forfeited
  • In case of any cancellations of the Match, we will reimburse the Customer with the exact value as GoforGoalBox.

 

  • Other terms and conditions
  1. This Scheme is not to be clubbed with any existing scheme of the company.
  2. No other person except the winner will be allowed to claim the prize
  3. All incidental and applicable taxes/levies related to the offer if any shall be borne by the winner only.
  4. This offer is valid for Indian citizen only. As to the trip the world cup, if the winner is below the age of 18 he/she must be accompanied by an adult or the tickets will be forfeited.
  5. The applicable rules of the Contest shall be subject to change at the sole discretion of the Organizer and shall be updated from time to time by the Organizer..
  6. Prize cannot be exchanged with any product or item and cannot be exchanged under any circumstances. The decision of the company in this respect shall be final and no disputes shall be entertained in this regard.
  7. Each participant consents to the use of information supplied by the participant in any media for future promotional, marketing and publicity purposes without any further reference or payment or other compensation to the participant, by company

8.By participating in the offer, customer hereby consents to access their personal information such as images/contact number for the purpose of this offer by the company or their authorised person(s).

  1. By signing-up for participating in the Contest, the Participant understood and are agreeing to be bound by these Terms and Conditions and the Privacy Policy either individually or with his/her parent or guardian.

●        Limitation of liability

Insofar as is permitted by law, the company, its agents or distributors will not in any circumstances be responsible or liable to compensate the winner or accept any liability for any loss, damage, personal injury or death occurring as a result of taking up the prize except where it is caused by the negligence of the company, its agents or distributors or that of their employees. Your statutory rights are not affected.
